What 𗳂 means
It is a Tangut character with no settled standalone gloss. Tangut writing, also called Xixia script, was created in 1036 under Li Yuanhao for state administration, official letters and Buddhist translation. Its forms drew on Chinese writing, and its creation followed Khitan script traditions. A Khara-Khoto manuscript, probably from the 12th or early 13th century, shows secular writing too.
Tangut references index this Tangraph (an individual Tangut character) as 4061. It is the second character in a recorded phrase translated “fine horse.” That does not establish its standalone meaning; its internal analysis is unknown.
