What 𗳖 means
It is the Tangut character for “vulture.” A Tangut–Chinese dictionary records that gloss.
The Tangut script was created in 1036 for the Western Xia (Xixia) state and used in Buddhist and secular texts. Its design drew on Chinese-character principles and earlier Khitan script design; the Khitan were another medieval people with their own writing tradition. The latest known Tangut relics—surviving objects with Tangut writing—date to 1502.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗳖 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
