What 𗳷 means
It is one character in the Tangut writing system.
The Tangut script was used to write the Tangut language in the Western Xia state. It served official records, schooling, and Buddhist translations; its distinct script also marked Tangut political identity while drawing on character-building principles familiar from Chinese writing.
A scholarly overview identifies an official military document dated 1072 as the earliest transmitted Tangut document; an inscription from 1502 shows Tangut writing continued after the Western Xia state ended. Those examples place the script in official and later monumental settings, but they do not give this character’s individual reading.
This is a historical script character; read it with a Tangut dictionary or the passage around it.
A blank box means the display font lacks Tangut coverage; it does not change the character.

𗳷\17CF7Why is 𗳷 a box on my screen?
fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
