What 𗴡 means
The dictionary translation is “doubt.”
Li Fanwen’s Tangut dictionary translates it as “doubt” at entry 3399; that number is the dictionary’s index, not a manuscript date.
The Tangut script was created around 1036 CE for the Western Xia kingdom and Buddhist translation; it served official, private, and religious writing. Its forms drew on Chinese characters and the neighboring Khitan script, while Tangut remained distinct. A surviving manuscript from Khara-khoto, probably from the 12th or early 13th century, records a Chinese translation. A blank box means your font lacks Tangut support.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗴡 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
