What 𗴥 means
It means “transliteration,” a writing function rather than a word.
Tangut dictionary entry 3412 is glossed “transliteration” in Li Fanwen’s 2008 Tangut–Chinese dictionary. The script was created around 1036 for Western Xia state writing, then used in official records and Buddhist translations. Tangut later ceased to be spoken.
Unicode 13.0 revised the standard sample drawing for 𗴥; fonts may show different outlines for the same character.
Historical and specialist; it belongs in Tangut texts or script study.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗴥 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
