What 𗵫 means
It denotes a star pattern. Li Fanwen’s Tangut dictionary from 2008 lists entry 0109 as “constellation”; Unicode’s source mapping links this character to that entry.
Tangut writing was created around 1036 for the Western Xia state’s language and Buddhist texts, and it was also used for Chinese translations. Its makers drew on Chinese writing principles and earlier Khitan script-building models, but Tangut is a distinct script. After Western Xia fell, Tangut continued under later dynasties before becoming obsolete. Fonts may show different historical glyph shapes for one encoded character.

1Questions people ask
1Why does 𗵫 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
