What 𗶬 means
Its meaning becomes clear in its Tangut passage. Unicode's Tangut source record points to Nishida's dictionary entry 319-114; that number identifies a lookup entry, not a translation.
Tangut writing was created around 1036 for the Western Xia (Xixia) state and served government and Buddhist works. It remained in Yuan and Ming texts after the Mongol conquest, fell out of use by the end of the Ming, and was rediscovered in the late nineteenth century.
Tangut and Chinese are separate scripts despite visual similarities. Sources record variant forms of 𗶬; fonts may display a variant or lack the glyph.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗶬 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
