What 𗷇 means
Its Unicode name identifies the glyph, not its Tangut word.
Unicode derives Tangut ideograph names from code points. The square forms resemble Chinese writing, but Tangut is a distinct script; appearance alone gives no Chinese reading.
The script was created under Western Xia’s first emperor around 1036. It continued after the dynasty fell; a known Buddhist inscription carved on a stone pillar dates to 1502.
A historical-script character for Tangut-language texts.
Is 𗷇 Chinese? No. Its square appearance is a resemblance, not a Chinese reading.
