What 𗷌 means
It means “to run”; its listed reading, te, is roughly “teh.”
The Tangut script was created around 1036 CE to write the Tangut language in the Western Xia state. It remained in use through the Yuan dynasty and into the Ming period for official, private, and religious writing. Surviving books, Buddhist sutras, inscriptions, and manuscripts include a Buddhist stele—an upright stone monument—dated 1502.
The Unicode 16.0 standard allows some Tangut glyph outlines to vary by font. If 𗷌 appears as a box, the font may not support it; either display still represents the same encoded character.
A historical Tangut word; add its meaning when your reader may not know the script.
Tangut is a distinct script from Chinese Han characters, even when the forms may look similar.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗷌 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
