What 𗸃 means

It is Tangut’s fourth term in the cycle. The ten heavenly stems form a traditional East Asian calendar sequence. 𗸃 corresponds to Chinese 丁 and is linked with fire, not translated from 丁.

Western Xia’s rulers commissioned Tangut writing for official and cultural texts, including Buddhist works and Chinese translations. The earliest surviving Tangut document is dated 1072; that dates surviving evidence for the script, not 𗸃 itself.

After the Mongol conquest, Tangut writing left everyday use.

Why does 𗸃 show as a box on some devices?

Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
