What 𗺅 means
It is a Tangut character; its word needs context. The name assigned by Unicode identifies the encoded glyph; it does not translate the Tangut word. Its square shape may resemble Chinese writing, but Tangut is a separate script created for the Tangut language.
The Western Xia court created Tangut writing around 1036 to write the Tangut language. It was used in official, private, and religious texts, including translations from Chinese. Tangut writing continued after Western Xia fell, under Yuan and Ming rule, before becoming obsolete.
How can I type or display a Tangut character?
Use a dedicated Tangut keyboard scheme and a Tangut-capable font. RIME, an input-method framework, has Tangut schemes that accept scholarly reconstructed readings, stroke sequences, radical components, or four-corner codes based on character shape.
Different fonts can draw this same encoded character in different styles. Without Tangut font coverage, it may appear as an empty box even when the text is present.
