What 𗻾 means
It is a Tangut character; this label is not a translation. A Tangut dictionary or the surrounding text supplies its word-level reading.
The Tangut script was created for use by the Western Xia state around 1036 and supported a Buddhist canon, a collection of Buddhist writings, and translations of Chinese works. Chinese and Khitan writing traditions shaped its setting; the Khitan were another historical people of the region, while Tangut remained a distinct script. A manuscript from the Khara-Khoto ruins probably dates to the 12th or early 13th century. Tangut writing continued through the Yuan and Ming dynasties, then became obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty. Unicode treats non-distinguishing source-glyph variants as one character.
