What 𗽴 means
It means “to kick” in Tangut. The Sea of Writing is a Tangut dictionary; it lists 𗽴 as entry 31.142 and gives its reconstructed reading as ndzụ.
Tangut writing was created around 1036 under Western Xia’s first emperor for state administration and political identity, and to translate Buddhist scriptures. The earliest surviving written example is an official document from 1072.
Later texts include Buddhist scriptures, official and private writing, and translations of Chinese works. Tangut writing follows some Chinese design conventions but represents the Tangut language. Possible influence from Khitan writing, another regional script, remains debated.

1Why does 𗽴 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
