What 𗾖 means
It denotes a male person in Tangut. Li Fanwen’s dictionary gives the reading goor¹ and glosses it as “man.” A Huayan Buddhist passage uses it for the Chinese word 男, meaning “man.”
The Tangut script was developed for the Tangut-led Western Xia state in the 11th century. Inspired by Chinese writing, it recorded the Tangut language. It served official documents and Buddhist translations, remained in use after the dynasty fell in 1227, and appears on a Buddhist inscription dated 1502.

1Why does 𗾖 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
