What 𗾫 means
It means “to think” or “thought” in Tangut.
𗾫 is written in the Tangut script, also called Xixia, for the Tangut language of what is now northwestern China. The script was created under Western Xia’s first emperor about 1036 CE and used in official, private, and religious texts. After Western Xia fell to the Mongols, it remained in use during the Yuan and Ming dynasties, but it was obsolete by the end of the Ming. It was rediscovered in the late 19th century and largely deciphered through work in the early 20th century.
