What 𗿢 means
It marks an edict from Tangut imperial authority.
A Western Xia bronze pass (1038–1227) opens with 𗿢𗯼𘆝𗪊, a four-character authorization for urgent riding.
Li Yuanhao ordered Tangut writing in 1036 for government, Buddhist translation and a distinct identity from Song China. It adapted Chinese writing for Tangut; Khitan rulers' two scripts set a regional precedent about a century earlier. A manuscript from the ruined city of Khara-Khoto, probably from the 12th or early 13th century, preserves Buddhist and translated Chinese works. The Tangut language left daily use after the Mongol conquest in the 13th century.

1Questions people ask
1Why does 𗿢 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
