What 𘁢 means
It is a Tangut character; its meaning depends on context.
Created for Western Xia (Xixia), Tangut became the state's official script in 1036, used for records and translations from Chinese and Tibetan.
After the state fell in 1227, Buddhist and other manuscripts kept Tangut writing in use. Khitan and Jurchen were separate neighboring state-script projects.
Historical writing; a lone chat send needs context.
Do not guess a translation from the glyph alone.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘁢 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
