What 𘂊 means
It is glossed as “in a low voice” in Tangut.
The history of the Tangut script begins around 1036, when it was created under the first Western Xia emperor for official and cultural use. Surviving manuscripts from the mid-11th to early 13th centuries include Buddhist and legal texts; Tangut writing also appears in Yuan and Ming texts into the 16th century. Historical sources sometimes draw the same character differently, so fonts can show variant shapes.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘂊 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
