What 𘂗 means

In Tangut, 𘂗 names a lamb.

Its forms drew on Chinese writing principles but made up a distinct script. Tangut appears in government and Buddhist texts, with written use continuing into the Yuan and Ming dynasties before falling out of use. Khitan and Jurchen scripts were other regional state-writing projects.

Why does 𘂗 show as a box on some devices?

Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
