What 𘂬 means
It means “there is” or “exists” in Tangut.
Tangut was the writing system of the Tangut-led Western Xia state, used in government, literature, and Buddhist translations. Its square forms were influenced by Chinese writing, but 𘂬 is not a Chinese character. Scholars reconstruct its reading as ·o¹; a Tangut legal text uses it for “there is.”
Historical and literary.
A standalone message is unlikely to be understood without Tangut context.

1Why does 𘂬 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
