What 𘂪 means
In Tangut, it means “one” or “single.”
The Tangut writing system was created in 1036 for the Western Xia state. It served the state, Buddhist texts, and a distinct cultural identity. Chinese writing influenced its structure, but Tangut is a separate script.
A manuscript from Khara-khoto probably dates to the 12th or early 13th century; the latest known Tangut writing is dated 1502.

1Why does 𘂪 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
