What 𘂩 means
A Tangut dictionary glosses this adjective as “shallow” or “superficial.”
Tangut writing was created around 1036 under the first emperor of Western Xia, a Tangut-led state. It served government and education, and was used to translate Buddhist texts. Official, private, and religious texts used the script; it stayed in use into the Yuan and Ming dynasties of China before falling out of use.
Tangut characters can resemble Chinese characters, but the writing systems are distinct. If 𘂩 appears in a message, its dictionary gloss is the best starting point; any added meaning depends on context.

1Why does 𘂩 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
