What 𘂽 means
It means “fluid,” a liquid.
Li Fanwen’s Tangut dictionary glosses 𘂽 as “fluid.” Tangut was an extinct language written in its own script; this character writes a word rather than drawing liquid.
Tangut writing developed around 1036 for the Western Xia (Xixia) kingdom, supporting state-building, Buddhist texts, and a distinct political identity. It was also used for government and other secular writing. The Tangut script was a separate system shaped by Chinese writing and the neighboring Khitan script. A manuscript fragment from Khara-Khoto, dated to the 12th or early 13th century, shows Tangut in use.
A historical word from the Tangut language; script-specific and scholarly.
Outside Tangut text, it will not reliably mean “liquid.”

1Why does 𘂽 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
