What 𘃀 means
A Tangut character analysis records “boundary” as its gloss. The Unicode name identifies this code point; it does not translate or pronounce the glyph.
Tangut was the script for the Tangut language in Western Xia. Emperor Li Yuanhao ordered it in 1036 for state-building; its aims included a Buddhist canon and a distinct identity from Song China. About a century earlier, neighboring Khitan rulers had made two scripts, one based largely on Chinese writing.
Tangut drew visual and structural inspiration from Chinese writing without deriving from it. Its books included Chinese classics, military works, literature, and Buddhist texts.

1Why does 𘃀 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
