What 𘄙 means
Li Fanwen’s dictionary glosses it as “to bear (a burden).” In his Tangut dictionary, 𘄙 is entry L0865; “Tangut Ideograph-18119” is Unicode’s algorithmic label, not an English translation.
The Tangut script was created around 1036 under Western Xia’s first emperor for official and cultural writing. Its forms drew on Chinese characters and the writing of the Khitan people, but it recorded the separate Tangut language. Tangut appears in official and legal texts and Buddhist books; use continued under the Yuan and Ming dynasties, and the last known inscription is dated 1502. Tangut sources preserve variant glyph shapes, so fonts may draw 𘄙 somewhat differently.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘄙 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
