What 𘅿 means
Catalogues gloss it as “leg.”
腿 is the Chinese gloss: it translates the sense, not a Tangut spelling you can swap in. The Tangut script, also called the Xixia script, was commissioned by Western Xia ruler Li Yuanhao in 1036 to strengthen the state's distinct identity from Song China and support Buddhist translation. It drew on Chinese writing principles and earlier Khitan scripts. A Tangut manuscript from the 12th or early 13th century shows the script in use; after the 13th-century Mongol conquest, Tangut left daily use.
A historical-script character for Tangut texts and reference, not casual emoji chat.
If 𘅿 shows as a box, the font in use cannot render Tangut; the text character itself has not changed.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘅿 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
