What 𘆂 means
It means “noon” or “midday” in Tangut. A guide to Tangut texts gives its reading in Latin letters as “2lie”; its sample line translates as “At noon, shadows due south.”
The script was devised around 1037 for the Tangut language and used in Buddhist and legal texts. It continued after the Western Xia state fell in 1227; the latest known inscription is dated 1502. Tangut writing drew on Chinese writing and the Khitan script, another regional writing system, but remained distinct.
Historical Tangut writing; use it in a Tangut-language context.
午 is a Chinese gloss, not an interchangeable Tangut glyph.
