What 𘆟 means
It is Tangut, not a Chinese character. Its compact square strokes can look familiar to readers of Chinese, but the scripts are distinct.
The script was created around 1036 under Western Xia emperor Li Yuanhao, during state-building and to express a political identity distinct from the neighboring Song dynasty in China. It was used for a Tangut body of Buddhist scriptures and for legal, military, Confucian, and literary works.
Khara-Khoto manuscripts show the script survived Western Xia: one surviving manuscript probably dates to the 12th or early 13th century, and Tangut inscriptions continued as late as 1502. Tangut writing drew on Chinese writing principles and on the example of the neighboring Khitan state, whose rulers had created scripts of their own.
Historical text; a lone glyph is best read as a sample to identify or quote.
Its Chinese-looking strokes do not make it a Chinese character.

1Why does 𘆟 show as a box?
A font without Tangut coverage can make a browser or app show a fallback box. Load a Tangut-capable font if your device allows it; the box is a display problem, not another character.
