What 𘈓 means
A Tangut dictionary gives “frog” as its gloss.
The Tangut script was devised in the 11th century for the Tangut language and the Western Xia state. The earliest surviving Tangut document cited in scholarship is an official record from 1072. A stone inscription from 1502 shows the script was still used after the state fell.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘈓 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
