What 𘉂 means
It is a Tangut sign; its label does not translate its word.
Unicode generates the label from the code point. A scholarly catalog calls the entry L0695; this is an index, not its meaning.
Created around 1036 for Western Xia (Xixia), the Tangut script served official, private, and Buddhist texts. It survived under Yuan and Ming rule after Western Xia fell, then fell out of use by the end of the Ming dynasty. Tangut and Chinese characters may look alike, but belong to separate scripts.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘉂 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
