What 𘊃 means
It names the sole of the foot or the act of treading. Li Fanwen’s Tangut dictionary pairs the glyph with Chinese 蹠 as a gloss, not a Tangut variant. A blank box can mean the font or app lacks Tangut support.
Created about 1036 for the Western Xia state, the Tangut script served official writing and Buddhist works, including translations from Chinese and Tibetan. Chinese writing and the scripts of the Khitan people influenced its design, but it remained distinct.
A Khara-Khoto Tangut manuscript fragment probably dates to the 12th or early 13th century. Tangut writing continued under the Yuan and Ming dynasties after Western Xia fell in 1227, but was obsolete by the end of the Ming. Scholars rediscovered it in the late 19th century and largely deciphered it in the early 20th century.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘊃 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
