What 𘊮 means
It means “mountain” in Tangut.
Western Xia established Tangut writing in 1036 for state-building and to translate the Buddhist canon, a collection of scriptures. Its forms drew on Chinese characters and the Khitan script, another regional writing system, yet remained distinct.
Khara-Khoto, a ruined city, preserves a manuscript probably from the 12th or early 13th century. Tangut writing lasted beyond Western Xia; an inscription is dated to 1502.

Questions people ask
2Is 𘊮 the Chinese character for mountain?
No. 𘊮 is Tangut; 山 is Chinese. They share a gloss but cannot replace each other in text.
Why does this Tangut character show as a box?
Your font lacks Tangut coverage. The box marks a glyph it cannot display; a Tangut-capable font will show it.
