What 𘋞 means
The dictionary gloss is “garment lapel or collar.” Li Fanwen’s dictionary maps Tangut entry 5907 to Chinese 襟; that is a translation, not the Chinese spelling of 𘋞.
Tangut script was created around 1036–1037 for Western Xia, a historical state, and its written culture. The earliest surviving Tangut document is dated 1072; Buddhist, legal, and literary works followed, and the latest known inscription is dated 1502. Tangut signs were designed in a Chinese-character-like style; a possible link to the writing system of the Khitan, another historical people, remains debated.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘋞 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
