What 𘍧 means

It is glossed as “earrings.” Li Fanwen’s 2008 Tangut–Chinese dictionary gives this gloss for the linked entry.

The Tangut script was created around 1036 for Tangut, the language of Western Xia, under the state’s first emperor. Its forms drew on Chinese and Khitan writing. It served official and Buddhist texts; the latest known inscription is dated 1502, centuries after Western Xia fell.

A historical written character, not a conversational symbol.
