What 𘎛 means
Li Fanwen’s 2008 Tangut dictionary gives “target” as its English gloss.
The Western Xia state created Tangut writing in 1036 for government use. Its design drew visual inspiration from Chinese writing, but Tangut was a separate script.
Tangut writing also recorded Buddhist scripture, translations from Chinese and Tibetan, and secular books.
Historical writing, not a ready-made chat reaction.
Alone, it may not communicate the dictionary sense “target.”

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘎛 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
