What 𘐕 means
It is Tangut; a similar square style doesn't make it Chinese.
Tangut writing was created around 1036 for the Western Xia state's language, records, and religious writing. The 12th-century bilingual glossary Handful of Pearls uses 𘐕 as a phonetic gloss: a written clue to pronunciation, not an English translation.
Tangut writing became obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty. This character is a historical reading aid, not enough by itself to translate a full word.
Why does 𘐕 show as a box?
Your font may not include Tangut characters.
When a font or app lacks a glyph for 𘐕, it can show an empty square. A font with Tangut coverage can reveal the character.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘐕 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
