What 𘑀 means
A Tangut dictionary glosses 𘑀 as “to break” or “to smash.”
The Tangut script was created around 1036 under Western Xia’s first emperor to write the Tangut language. Its square forms resemble Chinese, but Tangut is a separate script. After Western Xia fell to the Mongols, Tangut writing continued under China’s Yuan and Ming dynasties, becoming obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘑀 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
