What 𘑩 means
It is a Tangut character; its label is not a translation.
Tangut writing enters the historical record in the 11th century and was used by the Western Xia state. Surviving texts include Buddhist translations and legal writing. Use continued after the state fell; the latest known Tangut text is dated 1502.
Two Tangut dictionary indexes list it as L1066 and entry 3053. These are lookup numbers, not meanings. The character's Unicode label alone cannot give a reliable English gloss; the surrounding Tangut text or a specialist dictionary is needed.
Why does 𘑩 show as a box?
Your text may be intact; the font may lack Tangut support.
An application without a Tangut-capable font may show an empty box, a replacement mark, or another missing-glyph sign. Choose a font with Tangut coverage in the application displaying the text.
Different Tangut fonts can draw the same encoded character with different styling. That changes its appearance, not its identity.
How can I type 𘑩?
Use a Unicode-aware editor or a Tangut input method.
Ordinary keyboard layouts do not have a dedicated Tangut key. A Unicode-entry command or specialist input method handles typing; a Tangut-capable font handles display.
A historical or scholarly reference; by itself, it is not an ordinary chat word most readers can interpret.

1Why does 𘑩 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
