What 𘒇 means
It means “to wait upon” in Tangut.
Li Fanwen’s dictionary lists it as entry 1526, glossed “to wait upon”; a scholarly reconstruction writes its reading as tshji, rhyme class 2.10.
Tangut writing was created in 1036 for the Western Xia (Xixia) state, including Buddhist translation and a distinct identity alongside Song China. Buddhist and secular translations followed; Tangut writing also appears in later manuscripts after Western Xia fell in 1227.
It reads as scholarly or historical Tangut text.
Tangut is a distinct script, visually inspired by Chinese writing.

Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
