What 𘓏 means
No. 𘓏 is a Tangut character.
A dictionary records reconstructed reading rjur and the Chinese gloss 猛, meaning “fierce” or “violent.” 猛 translates the entry; it is not another form of 𘓏.
Established in 1036 under Li Yuanhao, Tangut writing served Western Xia and Buddhist translation. It drew on Chinese writing and followed scripts made by the Khitan people. Buddhist monuments show its use in 1502, after Western Xia ended.

𘓏\184CFWhy is 𘓏 a box on my screen?
fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
