What 𘕆 means
Its reading is reconstructed as tã¹; it is not a translation.
A 12th-century Tangut rhyming dictionary, Sea of Writing, records it at entry 31.121. Tangut writing began around 1036 for the Western Xia state's administration and schools; it later carried official records, Buddhist translations and religious inscriptions. Buddhist stone pillars dated 1502 show the script remained in use after the state fell.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘕆 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
