What 𘕙 means
It marks an inner relation, roughly “inside,” within a sentence.
The Tangut script was established in 1036 for the Western Xia (Xixia) state. It was used in administration and Buddhist texts, which continued to be written in Tangut after the state fell.
One Tangut grammar analysis labels 𘕙 an “inner” case marker—a form showing how a phrase relates to the sentence. The same analysis cautions that these markers can overlap with phrase-connecting functions, so “inside” is a guide, not a fixed translation.
Formal and grammatical; it belongs with Tangut writing or discussion of Tangut texts.
Do not read it as a standalone word for “inside”; the phrase determines the relation.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘕙 show as a box?
A box is a fallback: your font or browser may lack Tangut support, so it can show a blank, question mark, or box. A Tangut-capable font can display the character; the fallback does not change its identity.
