What 𘕾 means
Its recorded gloss is “all.” A Tangut wordbook indexes 𘕾 as L5851; a surviving Buddhist manuscript preserves its reconstructed reading, transcribed in scholarly Latin letters as njijr. That spelling is a research convention, not a guide to English pronunciation.
The Western Xia state commissioned Tangut writing around 1036 for administration, schools, and translations of Buddhist and Chinese works. The script drew on Chinese character forms but represented a different language, so knowing Chinese does not make Tangut readable. The earliest transmitted Tangut document dates to 1072; Buddhist material from 1502 shows the script remained in religious use much later.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘕾 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
