What 𘘸 means
A Tangut dictionary glosses it as “full.”
Li Fanwen’s 2008 Tangut–Chinese Dictionary glosses entry 1238 as “full.”
Introduced in 1036 to mark Western Xia autonomy, Tangut writing served government, diplomacy, translated books, and Buddhist texts. Writing continued after the state fell in 1227; a Buddhist pillar dated 1502 shows later use.
𘘸 is Tangut, a historical script distinct from Chinese writing.
