What 𘙃 means
It is Tangut, not Chinese.
A Tangut dictionary gives “low” as its short translation. Tangut uses its own characters for a language distinct from Chinese, so its resemblance to Chinese writing does not make 𘙃 Chinese.
The Tangut script was devised around 1036 for the state of Western Xia. It was taught in government schools and used for official records and Buddhist translations. The latest known Buddhist inscriptions date to 1502.
Historical and specialist; it fits Tangut language or script discussions, not casual chat shorthand.
Its Chinese-like form does not make it Chinese.
