What 𘙆 means
It means “fat” in Tangut.
The separate Tangut script, influenced by Chinese writing, was developed around 1036 for Western Xia, a state in what is now northwestern China. It served government and Buddhist texts; use continued after the state fell.
Unicode and a Tangut dictionary preserve two accepted forms with different internal component arrangements.
Historical and scholarly; it evokes Tangut writing and study.

1Why does 𘙆 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
