What 𘚻 means
It means “happy” in Tangut.
The Tangut script was created around 1036–1037 for the Western Xia state. It drew on Chinese and Khitan writing traditions.
Tangut writing continued after Western Xia fell; its last known inscription dates to 1502. If a font shows a box, it lacks this script’s glyph.
A historical Tangut word with a literal happiness sense.
The word for “happy” does not prove the sender feels happy.
