What 𘚽 means
A Tangut dictionary glosses it as “to run.” “Tangut Ideograph-186BD” is only a technical Unicode label.
The Tangut script was created around 1036 under Western Xia’s first emperor to write Tangut, the state’s language. Chinese writing was also used there.
It outlived Western Xia, remaining in use under Yuan and Ming rule until it became obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty.
