What 𘛁 means
A Tangut dictionary glosses it as “line.”
Tangut is a historic script for the Tangut language. Its square forms resemble Chinese characters, but it is a distinct script.
The script was created under Western Xia’s first emperor around 1036. Western Xia was a Tangut-led state in northwestern China that used it for official, school, and religious texts. It remained in use during the Yuan and Ming dynasties, became obsolete by the end of the Ming, and was rediscovered in the late 19th century.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘛁 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
