What 𘝻 means
A Buddhist manuscript fragment transcribes 𘝻 as mja, glossed “fruit.” In the phrase 𘝻𘝼, the gloss applies to the whole phrase, not necessarily to 𘝻 alone.
The Tangut script was promulgated in 1036 for writing the Tangut language in the Western Xia state. Its earliest transmitted example is an official document from 1072; the Liangzhou stele, an inscribed stone monument, followed in 1094.
Like Khitan, Tangut was a ruler-led script project tied to state identity; this comparison concerns political role, not shared ancestry. Tangut is separate from Chinese writing. A Tangut-capable font is needed to display this glyph; if it is missing, that is a rendering issue.

1Questions people ask
1Why does 𘝻 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
